What Happened?
Our recent system outage was caused by an unexpected power issue during a routine upgrade aimed at enhancing our infrastructure to accommodate our growing membership and increased transaction volume. Despite meticulous planning, unforeseen challenges arose, resulting in temporary disruptions to our core system.
Is My Money Secure?
Throughout this period, your funds remained safe and secure. We have diligently restored all systems and verified all member accounts. Transactions that occurred when the Credit Union was in standby mode will be posted to your account by the end of the day.
Continued Phone Concerns
While our system is back online, we acknowledge that our phone system remains a concern. The recent surge in calls has highlighted the limitations of our current phone system. We are actively working to address this issue and will roll out a new phone system shortly.
